How I Work
My approach is person-centred and holistic, which means our work together is guided by you—your experiences, your needs, and what feels most important.
Together, we gently explore the underlying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, including unresolved childhood experiences, trauma, and deeply held negative beliefs. As awareness builds, we begin to shift these patterns in a way that feels safe and manageable.
Rather than taking a “one-size-fits-all” approach, I draw on a range of evidence-based and body-focused therapies, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Narrative Therapy
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping)
EFT (tapping) is a gentle, research-supported technique that helps regulate the nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and process difficult experiences stored in the body.
You don’t need to know anything about these approaches—what matters is that we find what works best for you.
Above all, I focus on creating a space where you feel:
