About Me
I am an ACA-registered counsellor offering professional counselling for children, adolescents, and adults in Bunbury, Capel, and surrounding areas, as well as via online telehealth sessions across Australia.
Using a person-centred approach, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies to navigate life’s challenges. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, and life stress.
