EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping, is a gentle yet powerful approach that combines elements of counselling with light tapping on specific points on the body.

It’s a simple process—but the impact can be profound.

✨ What is EFT Tapping?

EFT involves tapping on acupressure points (mainly on the face and upper body) while focusing on what’s coming up for you—whether that’s a feeling, memory, or physical sensation.

This helps to:

  • Calm the nervous system
  • Reduce the intensity of emotional responses
  • Create space to process experiences more safely

Many people describe it as helping them feel “lighter”, calmer, and more grounded—often quite quickly.
